Refund Policy

Refund in case of Order Cancellation

 

If you had placed an order by selecting Cash on delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you have yet to pay for that. And if you have placed the order by using a Credit/Debit card or Net banking, then In such cases, we will add the paid order value to the Customer’s wallet for further purchases on our website after the return of the product at our end. If the Customer wishes to get the payment refund to the source account, we will refund the payment to their credit/Debit card or the original payment method. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the order is processed for dispatch.

Request a refund for recent purchasesIf it’s been less than 48 hours since you made a purchase: You can request a refund.You’ll usually get a decision within one business day, which can take up to 4 business days.

Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:

  • Multiple times debiting of Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Customer’s account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, the excess amount, excluding Payment Gateway charges, would be refunded to the Customer.
  • Due to a technical error, payment is being charged to the Customer’s Card/Bank Account, but the enrolment for the examination is unsuccessful. NISM would give the Customer the enrolment at no extra cost. However, if, in such cases, the Customer wishes to seek a refund of the amount, they would be refunded net the amount after deducting Payment Gateway charges or any other charges.

* The Customer will have to apply for a refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt generated at the time of making payments.

Cancellation Policy

1.1 Medicines and Healthcare Products

An order for medicines or healthcare products can be cancelled from the ‘Order Details’ screen on the IRIS  Laboratories website/ app (‘Platform’) or by calling our customer care number 7666100300 before it is marked as “Out for Delivery”. Else, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

1.2  Diagnostics /Lab Test
 

A diagnostic/ lab test can be cancelled anytime unless it is marked ‘Sample Collected’ by the third-party phlebotomist. Else, you can refuse sample pick up at the collection location and a refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
